Residential plans start at £18 / $25 and commercial plans at £50 / $70, both for properties up to 2,000 sq ft. The price is set by property type, size and currency. Properties over 10,000 sq ft are quoted individually. You can order and pay without logging in.

The price is for one completed property floor-plan order. Multi-floor properties are drawn as one order at this price — there is no extra per-floor charge.
