Sketchplan turns hand-drawn sketches, estate agent drawings and measured notes into clean, professional CAD-style floor plans for property listings, brochures and marketing. Upload your sketch and our team redraws it for you.

Sketchplan turns hand-drawn sketches, estate agent drawings and measured notes into clean, professional floor plans for listings, brochures and marketing.

Orders are placed through the Sketchplan app at the service-selection step. Sketchplan is operated as part of ReHub Studio, the same group that runs Photoplan. You supply the measurements; a person redraws the plan.

Standard delivery is 48 hours from a confirmed paid order. Express is 24 hours with a 50% surcharge. One amendment round is included after the initial draft. Output is a CAD-style JPG, PNG or PDF — not an editable DWG file.

Pricing

Residential plans start at £18 including VAT and commercial plans at £50 including VAT for properties up to 2,000 sq ft.
Published prices are for direct-card orders. Existing clients with an agreed account rate keep that rate when signed in. There is no public automatic volume-discount scheme on direct-card orders.
